The RimRock Inn, located in Wallowa County, near Joseph and Enterprise is a destination restaurant with a dining room and a pipe and cigar room. The restaurant boasts a view of Joseph Creek Canyon, an offshoot of the Hells Canyon Recreational Area. The season opens in May each year. Operating hours are Tuesday through Saturday 11:30am to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 8:30pm. Reservations are encouraged.
